QUESTION: WHO IS Ixtoii PALOMA CERVANTES?
She is a Mexican Shaman or Curandera born and raised in Mexico into the tradition. She started working full time as a Curandera in 1986. And 12 years later, in 1998, she moved to California where she kept her practice and started to teach Mexican Shamanism or Curanderismo and other spiritual modalities.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Paloma is a Shaman who does not use any hallucinogenic plants, brews, ceremonial tobaccos, recreational drugs, alcohol, cannabis, etc. Please do not use these prior to or during her events. If you do so you will be asked to leave the event immediately and without refund.

This is one of the most asked questions. It saddens me that so many people have such a misconception of our tradition. Curanderismo is based on love, compassion, humbleness, respect, and integrity. It is a tradition in which every day we work on developing those attributes. As you can see there is no room for even thinking about harming anybody. My advice to you is to think about what are you doing with your life that makes you so miserable that you are seeking help to harm somebody. Read that sentence again. It does not sound right to try to harm another person. We do not conduct or teach any spiritual practice that interferes with self-will or brings harm to others. The lessons taught in our courses are targeted to improve the students’ own well-being. Many of our students who go through our programs use their training to help themselves and others, no to harm them.
I can tell you that if you are willing to change we can help you to discover what is wrong with you and guide you on how to change it. We cannot help, support or admit in our Ixtoii Institute of Shamanism or Curanderismo anybody that approaches us with the idea of casting spells.
QUESTION: WHERE DO I START?
QUESTION: Do you have ayahuasca retreats?
We practice a branch of Curanderismo in which we develop our inner spiritual strength with exercises to achieve spiritual states. We do not ingest anything that may alter our mind or body. Our practices, classes, and ceremonies are alcohol and drug-free. In fact, if somebody shows up under the influence of alcohol or drugs to our events, we will ask that person to leave immediately.
QUESTION: cAN YOU BRING MY LOVER BACK?
QUESTION: Can I take a combination of online and in-person courses?
We are still working on our online classes. It is going to be a great combination. You can learn the basics at home and when you are ready to go deeper, be assessed in your improvements and learn things that we cannot teach in a virtual way, come an join us at our Ixtoii Institute of Shamanism and Curanderismo.
QUESTION: cAN YOU HEAL ME?
QUESTION: Do I pay for the complete SCMT program at once?
The SCMT or Shamanism Curanderismo and Madre Tierra (Mother Earth) is divided into several workshops.
The price for each workshop depends on its length. They can be half a day, a day, or 2 or 3 days.
Also, the workshops are designed in the way that you can take any workshop any time or just the ones that are appealing to you. You pay as you go.
When you complete these workshops, you will be eligible to move to the next level and become an advanced student. This is done on a two-day workshop in which the students learn a special technique to control their emotions and manifest things in their lives and also they become advanced students during a private and individual Curanderismo Initiation.
QUESTION: How long does it take to complete the SCMT program and become an advanced student?
Ideally, it would take 2 years if the student invests time for practice and improves what learned during the different workshops that integrate the SCMT Program.
In reality, things are different. Many times we have students that are ready to move faster and in one year they become Advanced Students; while some times we have students that take longer than 2 years.
Part of the beauty of this path is to grow steadily and in all the areas of our life. So there is no rush to finish this program soon. The important thing is what the student does with the teachings. And that is to better his or her life and the tangible changes.

QUESTION: Is Ixtoii Paloma Cervantes available for answering my questions or to read my energy?
We have a team. Anyone of us can answer your questions related to classes, private consultations, and ceremonies. Personal questions require that I prepared in front of my altar because your questions are important and you deserve the best that I can offer. I am not the one who knows or does things. Everything comes from Spirit. To allow Spirit to come, spiritually heal, help and give advice in a situation we need several things to happen:
- I need to spiritually prepare and protect myself
- Prepare spiritually space where I am going to work
- Open Sacred Space
- Align our energies spiritually. That means that you, your spiritual helpers, and I need to connect spiritually (I will provide instructions).
- And then the healing or advice starts……
- I will work on your questions or requests by traveling in spirit to the other reality to bring the information, spiritual healing and/or advice requested
- After everything is done, I need to make sure that we close Sacred Space and everything is good
- Then I need to spiritually cleanse myself and close again Sacred Space
As you can see, this is a lot of work so the best thing is to plan and prepare for that. I have private consultations in the Los Angeles Area once a month, anytime at my center in Fresno Area, long distance and in different cities, states and countries when we travel.
